I've done 8 marathons, 7- 1/2 marathons, 3- half ironmans, and 1 full ironman distance triathlon.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for Boston.  Get a new 5k PR. Run a 1/2 marathon in under 1:40:00  1:35:00.  Have fun at Boston.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for Kona. Break 21:00 for a 5k Break 20:00 for a 5k;  Break 3:30 for a marathon (would really like to do in the next couple of years).  Finish a 100mi run (far future after I achieve my other goals).

Ran the fitness loop on base. Running is starting to get slightly easier after just 3 runs, I dropped my pace by 40sec/mi.  Hopefully I will keep dropping so I can run a fast 5k again soon while remaining injury free.
